The check-in process was frustratingly prolonged!!! Plus, the cash policy for payments should be flagged more clearly to prevent surprises at checkout!!! A bit of attention to detail could really elevate the experience!!!

Check-in was a nightmare. Once inside, I was informed that my room wasn't ready even after confirming a late check-in. This delayed my sleep after a long travel day. Additionally, the plumbing in the room had issues that were never addressed, making my stay uncomfortable.

I loved the rooftop views, catching beautiful sunsets 🌅. The staff were super helpful, and my room was spotlessly clean. Only bummer was the delayed check-in, which threw off my plans a bit.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. the rooftop was a very nice addition where we caught both a beautiful sunset and sunrise. It’s just a short stroll from the impressive leon centre and imbert park, perfect for leisurely walks and discovering local attractions.

I stayed in the King Room, and it was super clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows felt amazing! Hot showers were a big plus after a long day. The only downside was that the breakfast wasn’t included, but I managed to negotiate for it. Overall, it was a great spot for a relaxing night in a quiet area.

Just a heads up, parking is secured and easy to access. Definitely a solid pick if you want an affordable yet comfortable stay.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a coffee shop. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with the best local taxi tip. I highly recommend it for a relaxing city break!
